Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Facilities is a facilities company in Tampa with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
