Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Birch Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near St. Louis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
