Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
