Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
