Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pike Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
