Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Nest Markets serves neighbourhoods around St. Louis with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
