Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Beacon Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
