Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Forge Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
