Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Spokane. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
