Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Linden Hospitality Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
