Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Solutions provides affordable homes and support services around Spokane. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
