Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around Spokane with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
