Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Spokane, WA)

Bluepeak Quill Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
