Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
