Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Silverline North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Seattle region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
