Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
