Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Quill Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 529 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
