Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
