Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
