Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Savannah. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
