Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Savannah region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
