Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Wilder Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
