Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Orchard Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
