Summit North Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Jose. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
