Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Clear Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near San Jose, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
