Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group is a San Diego company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
