Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Diego, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system.
