Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Rook Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Diego. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
