Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Bright Press produces print and digital publications in San Antonio, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
