Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ridge Property Management Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
