Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Antonio, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
