Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ember Markets Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 704 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
