Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Kestrel Press Group produces print and digital publications in San Antonio. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
