Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Cobalt Press is a printer and publisher in San Antonio serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
