Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Kestrel Auto Group is a San Antonio company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
