Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Nest Property Management is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
