Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Antonio. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 770 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
