Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Cross Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Antonio. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 296 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
