Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Forge Freight is a San Antonio logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system.
