Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Antonio, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
