Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Birch Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
