Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
