Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
