Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Basin Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system.
