Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system.
