Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 692 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
