Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Salt Lake City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
