Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meadow Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
