Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
