Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Basin Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
